Details were given of the proposed leases of leisure premises across the Borough together with office premises at Martin Square, Larkfield to the Tonbridge and Malling Leisure Trust.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
Approval be given to the grant of leases, as detailed in the report, to the Tonbridge and Malling Leisure Trust.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board of 2 October 2013 (contains exempt information).
